Will the mount damage my guitar or wall?
No. The yoke arms are coated to protect the headstock finish, and the mount ships with both wood-screw and drywall anchor hardware. Installed into a stud or with the included anchors, it holds guitars up to 60 lb without flex.
How accurate is the hygrometer?
±2% RH and ±1°F. The sensor sits within inches of where your guitar hangs, which makes it far more useful for protecting the instrument than a hygrometer across the room.
What guitars does it fit?
HygroMount holds acoustics, electrics, basses, and classicals. The yoke fits most standard headstocks. For unusually wide classical slots, check the yoke opening in the spec sheet.
Do I need an app or Wi-Fi?
No. It is a self-contained mount with a backlit display. Pair it with a separate data logger only if you want long-term graphs; for protection, the on-mount readout is all you need.
